Bad customer service

Ok, I understand, it's in the middle of the night right now.
Perhaps the time when most pple feel drowsiest.
But hey, come on la... U r a customer service officer and supposed to be on duty at this time...
Although u were trying to be friendly with your "yes, madm" here n there... But I must say u really sound VERY VERY sleepy and not too enthusiastic about helping loh. I also feel sleepy talking to u!!!
N after all, u are a customer service officer working in a rather reputable bank! Shouldn't u be ashamed of ur bad cust. svc or lack of it??? ...
